Per Diems: Per Diems are owed to Performers to defray meal expenses when they are required to shoot out of town. Per Diems are payable in advance and not to be added to the session and residual paycheque received at a later date. No deductions are to be applied against Per Diems. (IPA Article A427 (b) & A1705)
